When I was a salesman at SACO, I worked in emergency with a customer who asked to produce and deliver products in a very short time. He was having problems with an order of expansion joints he had placed with us. The customer had received the order, but discovered that some parts were damaged in shipping and could not be installed properly. He urgently needed these parts.
I immediately took charge of the situation by working with our logistics department to arrange for the return of the damaged parts and the delivery of the replacement parts as soon as possible by prioritizing this order. I also personally checked the condition of the package to ensure that the replacement parts were in perfect working order before being delivered.
I also maintained regular communication with the customer throughout the process to inform them of the status of their order and the progress we were making to resolve the issue. In the end, we were able to deliver the replacement machines on time, in perfect working order, and the customer was pleased with the way we handled the situation.

In my own web agency business, I've also had to work under pressure to meet my clients' needs. For example, we had a client who needed a fully functional e-commerce website within three days of the start of their online marketing campaign associated with the opening of their Christmas sales.
I worked day and night to set up the website, creating a small team, ensuring that all aspects, such as design, online payment features were in place before the deadline.
We managed to deliver the project on time and fully satisfied the client and he worked with us again.
