I remember with great pride my creation of the Essentiels France e-commerce boutique, where I put all my heart into offering my customers quality products, made in France. I worked closely with a stylist to design and create unique garments, as well as other quality products such as Apicaya honey, Scala soaps, ecological toothbrushes, razors with wooden handles and many other everyday essentials.
Unfortunately, despite all my motivation, the project didn't survive after two years. My youth and lack of sales skills made it difficult, especially as I was on my own to develop all aspects of the online store. What's more, the fashion industry was struggling, and the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic also had a negative impact on sales.
Although closing the store was a disappointment, I learned many lessons from this entrepreneurial experience. I learned to work hard, to be persistent, to be proactive and to face challenges with creativity and courage. I'm proud to have created this business, and I'm convinced that the skills and knowledge I've acquired will serve me well in future entrepreneurial endeavors.
