Business Manager
During my first year in my own company, I set up a prospecting plan to find new customers, using various means such as physical visits, telephone calls and mailings. I also learned how to determine my customers' needs in order to offer them the most suitable product, and how to develop a convincing sales pitch.
I was also responsible for closing sales and managing the administrative side of things. I followed up with my customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and answer any questions or concerns they might have.
To sum up, my first year's experience as a web agency manager enabled me to improve my skills in prospecting, sales and customer relationship management.
One of the main difficulties I encountered was finding customers on a regular basis. Although I had an effective prospecting plan in place, it was sometimes difficult to maintain a steady flow of work.
This uncertainty has sometimes made it difficult to run my business, and led me to think about looking for a more stable job.
