My biggest weakness is that I struggle to say no to people. When asked for help, I always say yes without checking my workload.
Another weakness is that I struggle to ask for help from others when I need it. I take pride in my work and tend to solve things on my own.
I am very aware of my weaknesses and take positive steps to improve.
A last weakness is the fact that I don't have significant leadership experience yet. While I know this will not affect my ability to work effectively in this role, if you give me the opportunity to lead a team or project, I would be happy to take that opportunity.
