Estteam was a project I was part of with Tom Paolini and Colin Dargent during my student years in Strasbourg business school.
We would meet with companies to talk to their managers and identify internal problems. We then proposed solutions by getting students and staff to work together in a variety of creative workshops.
We believe that the relevance of an idea comes from the plurality of the profiles behind it. That's why, during our missions, we mix generations, cultures, business sectors and areas of expertise.
Being young and with no real experience, we based our added value on a vastly underestimated skill in the world of work: inexperience. Prejudices, limiting beliefs and constraints become openness and opportunity.
We were selling the only thing we could produce that had value at that point in our career: our ideas.
Our customers have included AMA Santé, Vap’n Co and we've enjoyed an excellent relationship with Leroy Merlin Group and the Strasbourg store manager: Stéphanie Collier with whom we have worked together at entrepreneurial events such as the Hackathon.
Despite our small success, the desire to develop this project beyond the school setting was never part of our ambitions. The project came to a close at the end of our respective commitments and the award of our degree.
Just a note: Estteam is the combination of the cardinal point "EST" (for Alsace, Grand Est) and "TEAM". So we were « L’Equipe De L’Est » from which " Estteam« .
