During the lockdown, I realized that I wasn't getting out of my comfort zone enough, and that I was more inclined to perform actions when I was asked to, rather than undertaking them on my own. That's why I created a daily challenge book to help me be more active on my own. The concept is simple but has proved effective for me and other users.
Each page of the notebook corresponds to a day, and you have to write down three actions to accomplish, based on the rule of 3 (which suggests not overloading your mind with too many tasks to avoid procrastination, feeling overwhelmed and burning out).
In addition to these actions, each page contains a predefined and random challenge designed to get you out of your comfort zone (in the social, professional and physical spheres).
This notebook will challenge its users and help them improve their professional, social and physical spheres.
